JUDGING CRITERIA
There are two strands to the competition.PEOPLE'S CHOICE
20 films have been selected for a public vote, and the film with the most votes will win the PEOPLE’S CHOICE prize.

Voting is from 9.00 am on Friday 24th September to 5.00 pm on Sunday 3rd October.
And congratulations to all the filmmakers, whose work has moved, surprised and delighted us, and who have have given us such a quirky, heartfelt and beautiful portrait of Singapore's landscapes, both physical and emotional.
JURY PRIZE
A jury will also select one winner for THE JURY PRIZE, which is the trip to Encounters, the UK’s leading short film festival.
Films for the JURY PRIZE will be judged on your ability to convey the idea of space and your emotional attachment to that place. They must be no more than 90 seconds in duration. Technical aspects such as lighting, editing and sound recording do, of course, play a role, but we are MOST interested in how you can make US feel what YOU feel about your chosen space. So don’t worry if you are not a trained filmmaker or a complete newbie. It’s your ideas and your feelings that count.
