PERMISSION TO SCREEN THE FILM

  1. I hereby give my permission to the organisers of the Civic Life Short Film Competition 2010 to screen this film in public and use short clips and stills of this film for promotion and publicity purposes;
  2. I would like to contribute this film to the organisers for archive purposes and for non-commercial use.
  3. I certify that all rights and clearances have been obtained.
  4. The British Council, as co-organisers of this competition, will treat all personal information in accordance with UK law and its own privacy policy.

UK DATA PROTECTION ACT

  1. Information collected on these forms may be reviewed to evaluate operational efficiencies and for statistical purposes.
  2. Feedback and data received, may be published, however, no connection will be made to any individual without specific permission.
  3. Personal information will be used in line with British Council standards.
  4. The British Council will treat all personal information in accordance with UK law and its own privacy policy.
  5. The British Council will not sell or disclose your details to third parties for commercial reasons.
  6. Under UK Data Protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold on you, for which we may charge a fee, and the right to ask us to correct any inaccurate information.
  7. Participants 12 years old and below must seek parental/guardian permission to complete the online application form.
